This method creates croissant dough without folding the dough. Croissant made in one pass —Quarksy.space

Ingredients
  • 1000 grams Flour
  • 690 grams Water
  • 9 grams Yeast
  • 20 grams Salt
  • 400 grams Butter
  • 20 grams Dough conditioner :)
Directions
  1. Make dough
  2. Cream butter
  3. Apply butter
  4. Rise
  5. Place in oven
  6. Bake in 375
