breakfast syrup, sugar free

Hemp Hearts hemp seeds, shelled

turmeric, ground

ginger, ground

1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon, ground

black pepper, ground

table salt

nutmeg, ground

coconut flour, finely ground

serving of vanilla milkshake protein powder

canned coconut cream

1/2 tablespoon
coconut, shredded, unsweetened
Directions

In a large bowl, mix together almond butter, sugar free maple syrup, hemp hearts, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, salt, nutmeg and cloves until very well combined.

Mix in coconut flour until a slightly oily dough forms.

Cut the Atkins bar into 12 even pieces. Wrap each piece of bar in about 1 tablespoon almond butter mix, forming 12 even balls. Set on a baking sheet or plate.

In a small bowl or cup, use a fork to combine protein powder and coconut cream to a thick icing consistency.

Top eight of the bites with the icing and sprinkle a pinch of hemp seeds over four of the iced bites.

Press the four un-iced bites in coconut shreds.

Store in the refrigerator in a covered container for up to 5 days.
