This single-serving burger bowl is a satisfying and wholesome meal that incorporates the flavors of a classic burger without the bun. The mayo-free sauce adds a tangy kick, and the sweet potato fries provide a delightful crunch.

-
salt and black pepper to taste
-
2 tablespoons
greek yogurt
-
1 tablespoon
dijon mustard
-
1/2 tablespoon
honey
-
1 tablespoon

Directions
-
Prepare the Mayo-Free Sauce:
In a small bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, honey, ketchup, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.
-
Make the Pork Patties:
In a bowl, combine ground pork, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
Divide the mixture and shape it into small patties (about 2-3 patties depending on your preference).
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the pork patties for 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked through.
-
Prepare the Sweet Potato Fries:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the sweet potato fries are golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
-
Grill the Onions:
In the same skillet you used for the pork patties, add a bit more olive oil if needed. Cook the thinly sliced onions over medium heat until they are caramelized and golden brown.
-
Assemble the Burger Bowl:
In a bowl, arrange the shredded lettuce.
Top with diced tomatoes, sweet potato fries, pork patties, and grilled onions.
-
Drizzle with Mayo-Free Sauce:
Drizzle the mayo-free sauce over the burger bowl.
-
Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
Serve your delicious burger bowl immediately and enjoy!
