Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pinch of salt

  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave in short intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and combined
  3. Add the almond flour, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt to the melted cheese mixture. Mix well until a dough forms.
  4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet and press it out into a circle, about ¼ inch thick
