What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 300 grams Silken Tofu
  • 120 grams Dark chocolate
  • 1 Nespresso Pod - Vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons Chocolate Powder
Directions
  1. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave for 45 seconds.
  2. Add the Nespresso to the melted chocolate and mix everything. Wait to cool down.
  3. Blend - bullet blender works - the silken tofu, chocolate powder, espresso, and melted chocolate in a blender.
  4. Add liquid stevia if you like it sweeter. Blend for at least 10-12 minutes.
  5. Leave it in the frdige over night or for at least 4 hours.
  6. Enjoy with flaky sea salt and olive oil.
