Just in time for all of your spring get togethers, Clamato is revealing their refreshing twist on the classic michelada. Perfect for brunch, backyard BBQs, or just when you want a zesty kick in your drink, Clamato's Cucumber Michelada will be the star cocktail of any gathering . —Clamato

Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • Tajín
  • 1/2 thin-skinned (English) cucumber, one long strip removed with a vegetable peeler, remaining thinly sliced
  • Pinch Kosher Salt
  • Ice
  • 4 ounces Clamato®
  • 12 ounces Beer
  • Lime Wedge
Directions
  1. Thread the strip of cucumber back and forth onto a cocktail pick and set aside.
  2. Wet the rim of a large beer mug with lime juice and dip in Tajín to generously coat all around.
  3. In the mug, muddle 4 to 6 cucumber slices, lime juice, and salt until very juicy.
  4. Fill mug with ice and a few more cucumber slices, then add Clamato® and beer.
  5. Garnish with the cocktail pick and lime wedge and serve.
