Based on Tanya Rosen’s Chocolate chip muffins… —redop770
Ingredients

Three dates
-
A half a tsp of cocoa powder

3 small cups of sesame seed flour

Two small ripe bananas
-
A pinch of cinnamon
-
A pinch of cloves
-
A pinch of nutmeg
Directions

Get out a food processor and first process the dates until they are crumbled. Then pour the cocoa powder in and process until the mixture becomes paste.

Get out a flat medium sized plate with baking paper and turn the paste into small balls. Cover with baking paper and aluminium foil and place them in the freezer for an hour or until they are hard.

Get out a blender and blend the bananas until they become a smoothie and combine them with sesame seed flour and spices. Mix well.

After the chocolate date balls are fully hard combine them in the muffin mixture and gently mix for a short time.

Preheat the oven at between 230 to 250 degrees Celsius, get out two muffin pots and divide the mixture into each pot evenly and bake for 10 min or until they are fully cooked.

After the muffins are well cooked take them out to cool down and enjoy!
