Ingredients:
For Rice
- Black Pepper 4
- Clove 4
- Green Cardamom 3
- Cinnamon Stick 1
- Star Anise 1
- Salt 3 1/2 tsp
- Lemon sliced 1
- Green Chili 2
- Rice 750 gms
- Water for soaking as required
- Water 12 cups for boiling
Marination:
- Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
- Green Chillies chopped 2
- Biryani Masala 5 tsp
- Salt 1.5 tsp
- Cumin Powder 3/4 tsp
- Turmeric Powder 3/4 tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Red Chili Powder 1.5 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
- Yogurt 200 gms
- Chicken 750 gms
Curry:
- Onion sliced 5 medium-sized
- Tomatoes sliced 2 medium-sized
- Oil 3/4 cup
- Potato 3 medium-sized
Layering:
- Mint leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp chopped
- Lemon juice 1
- Orange Food Color 1 tsp

  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 200 grams Yogurt
  • 750 grams Chicken
  • 5 pieces Onion sliced
  • 2 pieces Tomatoes sliced
  • 3/4 cup Cooking oil
  • 3 pieces Potato medium sized
  • 2 tablespoons Mint Leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander leaves chopped
  • 1 piece Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Orange food color
