Ingredients

One medium half of kent pumpkin peeled and cut into large cubes

One tsp of salt

Four tbsps of walnut oil
Directions

Preheat the oven at 240 degrees celsius. Get out a large flat roasting tray with baking paper, place the pumpkin in with salt and three tbsps of oil, combine and roast them for 50 minutes or until it is well cooked. Check occasionally.

Once the pumpkin is well cooked, put it in a food processor with one tbsp of oil and process until smooth.

After the pumpkin becomes smooth, pour it into a nice lovely bowl of your choice and enjoy!
