This was my first sesame seed recipe. —redop770

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 400g of toasted sesame seed flour
  • Two large bananas peeled and cut into thick pieces
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • One tbsp of raw honey
Directions
  1. With a blender blend the bananas until they become a smoothie. Into a mixing bowl combine the sesame seed flour, banana smoothie, cinnamon and honey and mix until the mixture becomes a smooth and less moist cookie dough. Don’t over mix.
  2. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Onto a flat tray with baking paper divide the dough into small cookies and bake them in the oven for 10 min or until they are fully cooked. In between the baking change the temperature to 120 degrees Celsius after 5 min.
  3. Once the cookies are done, take them out, let them cool and enjoy!

I mistakenly forgot to mention that when shaping the cookies, use water to prevent ingredients from sticking to your hands.
