800 grams beef minced meat.

1 large onion grated.

1 egg.

1 large tomato grated.

2 slices of tasted and made into breadcrumbs.

3 tablespoons chopped fresh mint.

1 tablespoon olive oil.

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.

1 tablespoon dried oregano.

Salt and pepper..
Directions

Turn oven 190 Celsius, air.

Mix well the tomato, onion, egg, mustard, olive oil and fresh mint.

Add the minced meat, breadcrumbs, dried oregano, salt and pepper.

Make 8 thick patties, and place on a backing try. Cook for 40-45 minutes.
