What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 piece frozen banana
  • 1/4 piece avocado
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon honey
Directions
  1. put all Ingredients in spinach,yogurt,banana,avocado,water,and honey in blender.
  2. blend till 10 mint until make a mixture.
  3. now put the smoothie in glass and enjoy.
