Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Toasted Pinenuts
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Mixed Nuts
  • 3 Cloves of Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Good Quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 cups Basil Leaves
  • 1 cup Arugula
Directions
  1. Add garlic cloves to a food processor or blender and pulse until well chopped.
  2. Add pinenuts, mixed nuts and pulse until combined.
  3. Add the rest of the olive oil, basil, and arugula and pulse until combined.
  4. Add the parmesan cheese and blend until combined.
