Directions

Cut off the top of a small pumpkin and remove its internal organs.

Cut red pumpkin and zucchini into equal pieces.

Finely chop the onion and start frying it in a pan.

Then add pumpkin with zucchini and edamame with broccoli.

Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add spices and hoisin sauce and sesame oil.

We put everything in our pumpkin, cover it with a lid and put it in the oven at 170 C for 25-30 minutes.

Remove from the oven, sprinkle with pine nuts, pour unagi sauce and enjoy.
