Ingredients
  • 4 pieces Small pumpkin
  • 300 grams red pumpkin
  • 270 grams zucchini
  • 70 grams onion
  • 120 grams broccoli
  • 40 grams edamame beans
  • 60 grams hoisin sauce
  • 40 milliliters sesame oil
  • 15 grams pine nuts
  • 30 grams unagi sauce
Directions
  1. Cut off the top of a small pumpkin and remove its internal organs.
  2. Cut red pumpkin and zucchini into equal pieces.
  3. Finely chop the onion and start frying it in a pan.
  4. Then add pumpkin with zucchini and edamame with broccoli.
  5. Fry for 3-4 minutes. Add spices and hoisin sauce and sesame oil.
  6. We put everything in our pumpkin, cover it with a lid and put it in the oven at 170 C for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with pine nuts, pour unagi sauce and enjoy.
