A quick coffee fix doesn’t have to feel drab or boring. This is the perfect afternoon coffee go-to recipe using ingredients you probably already have in your pantry. The maple syrup and sea salt cuts through the espresso’s bitterness, with a delightful, subtle sweetness from the Planet Oat Barista Lovers Oatmilk vanilla cold foam. —Anna Arriaga

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • double shot of espresso
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 sprinkle of sea salt
  • Ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • 2 tablespoons Planet Oat Barista Lovers Oatmilk
Directions
  1. Brew your espresso.
  2. Pour your espresso in a jar with a lid. Add your maple syrup and sea salt, and shake until foamy.
  3. In a separate cup, add Planet Oat Barista Lovers Oatmilk and vanilla. Froth with a frother or shake in a jar until foamy and creamy.
  4. Add ice to a cup and pour espresso over it.
  5. Pour the vanilla cold foam over the iced espresso mixture and enjoy.
