Author Notes
“If you like a spicy Margarita, you’ll love the Little Devil. There are all manner of cocktails running around with this name. My version spikes blanco tequila with a sweet-and-spicy blend of chili liqueur and cherry brandy. When I serve this, I sometimes dirty it up by adding a dash of pickled jalapeño brine to the glass. Starting with a full bottle? Pour off 10 ounces (300 mL).” —J.M. Hirsch
