Ingredients

2 tbsp Tandoori chicken masala / chicken tikka masala

Pound
1 and half pound Chicken boneless / whole chicken cut in small pieces

Cup
1 cup yogurt

Tablespoon
2 tbsp lemon juice

Milliliter
650 ml pasta sauce

Teaspoon
1 tsp or half tsp ( upto your spice level ) red pepper powder/cayene pepper

Teaspoon
1 tsp coriander powder

Teaspoon
1 tsp roasted cumin powder

Teaspoon
1 tsp garam masala powder

Tablespoon
1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves

Gram
160 gm puch thickened cream

Cup
1 and half cup whipping cream 35%

Tablespoon
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp

Tablespoon
3 tbsp butter ( 2 in the beginning and 1 tbsp at end )

Oil 5 tbsp
Directions

First washed the chicken soak with 2 tbsp of vinegar and water for 5 minutes then washed thoroughly

Marinate chicken with yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice ginger garlic paste for 10 to 15 minutes or more

It 2 tbsp of butter and some oil in pan add pasta sauce simmer for few minutes

Then add spices all mentioned
Cayene pepper, coriander powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder and 1 tsp tandoori masala

Cook until oil separates then add marinated chicken cover and cook it for 20 minutes

When oil seperates add both cream thick and whipping
-
Then add 1 tbsp of butter and qasori methi cover and cook for another 5 minutes then thickened the gravy as much u desired ready to be served hope everyone enjoy
