This Peanut Butter Banana Cream Pie combines a deliciously creamy peanut butter filling, sweet banana pudding, and a crunchy Nilla wafer crust. It’s easy to make, no baking required, and always a hit at gatherings!

Ingredients
  • For the Crust:
  • 11 ounces Nilla Wafers
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • For the Peanut Butter Layer:
  • 16 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ½ cups milk
  • ¾ cups powdered sugar
  • For the Banana Pudding Layer:
  • 5.1 ounces instant banana pudding
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping homemade or store-bought, needs to be set whipped cream
  • 3 bananas sliced
  • For the Topping:
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • ¼ cups chocolate shavings
Directions
  1. Preparing the Crust: Melt the butter. Place the Nilla Wafers into a food processor and blend until fine crumbs form. Mix the butter and wafer crumbs together. Press firmly into a 9”x9” baking dish with at least 2” deep sides. Place in the fridge to set up.
  2. Making the Peanut Butter Layer: In a food processor, blend cream cheese, peanut butter, milk, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Making the Banana Pudding Layer: In a mixing bowl, whisk together instant banana pudding and milk until thickened. Fold in whipped topping gently until combined. Arrange sliced bananas evenly over the peanut butter layer. Spread the banana pudding mixture evenly on top.
  4. Adding the Topping: Spread whipped topping over the pudding layer. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. Slice and enjoy!
