Is there anything better than that combination of sweet and salty? No-Bake Peanut Butter Chocolate Pretzel Pie combines layers of creamy, decadent, and luscious chocolate and peanut butter with the perfect savory pretzel crust. The best part, anyone can make this sweet treat!

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces pretzels, crushed, plus additional for topping if desired
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 5.9 ounces instant chocolate pudding, plus oat milk to prepare
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter, plus a little additional for topping if desired
  • 8 ounces whipped topping
  • 1/4 cup Milk
Directions
  1. Crush the pretzels and spread them into a 7×10 baking dish.
  2. Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the pretzels and press down.
  3. Add the peanut butter, milk, cream cheese, and powdered sugar to a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the peanut butter mixture over the top of the pretzel crust.
  5. Mix the chocolate pudding according to the package directions with the milk reduced by half. If using Dairy Free milk mix on high to help it set.
  6. Pour the chocolate pudding over the top of the peanut butter layer and spread it out.
  7. Spread the whipped toping over the top of the chocolate layer.
  8. Drizzle a little peanut butter over the top and use a skewer to create a pattern if desired. Garnish with additional crushed pretzels.
  9. Enjoy!
