Ingredients

3 cups
whole milk or goat milk

1 cup
couscous
-
1 cup
chopped dates
-
1 piece
cinnamon stick

6 pieces
cardamom
Directions

simmer milk with cinnamon and cardamom for 5 minutes add couscous and dates cook for 15 minutes. remove cardamom and cinnamon. I put in individual glasses. top with whipped cream or greek yogurt.
