Ceramic Nonstick Cookware
We’re big fans of ceramic nonstick (its smooth surface is just-right for delicate fish, eggs, and pancakes, after all). So we keep a few tricks in our back pocket to help our cookware last: For starters, pair it with silicone and wooden utensils—that’ll help protect the slick finish. Opt for butter and oil over nonstick sprays, too, since sprays can leave a sticky residue. When a little buildup does happen, avoid abrasive cleaners: Just grab a soft sponge and scrub with a bit of warm, soapy water, and you’ll be golden.
