Milan, Italy
Masterfully combining refined craftsmanship with quirky colors, Ichendorf is named after the German town where it was founded in the early 20th century, called Quadrath-Ichendorf. The master glaziers of the town mixed silica into their glass, which gave it a distinctive look and feel—and is still an essential element in their current work (now based out of Milan), which elegantly blends traditional techniques with thoroughly modern designs.
