When Saverio Guglielmi built an olive mill in Puglia, Italy back in 1954, little did he know it would still be a family-run operation decades later. Now, Olio Guglielmi tends to over 160 hectares of olive groves and produces some of the best extra-virgin olive oil out there. (They’re perfectionists when it comes to EVOO, after all.)
