How Much Does Shipping In The U.S. Cost?

We offer free standard shipping on orders $199 or more. The offer will automatically apply to your order at checkout—no promo code needed. We offer standard shipping starting at $14.99 within the contiguous U.S. for orders below $199. The majority of our products are shipped via UPS Ground, although some ship via USPS.

If you need something quickly, many of our products are also eligible for express shipping for an additional charge. You can see if your product has this service available by clicking “View Shipping and Delivery Estimates” on the product page.

If something is particularly heavy, bulky, comes in an especially cumbersome package, is perishable, or ships from another country, we’ll note an extra surcharge on the product page and at checkout.

A rate of $30 applies to orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Please note that express shipping is not available to either state. We also cannot ship internationally, to U.S. Territories, or to P.O.Box/APO/FPO/DPO addresses.


Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently ship within the U.S., to all 50 states. We hope to offer international shipping sometime in the future!

When Will My Order Arrive?

On each product’s page, you’ll see a link to “View Shipping and Delivery Estimates.” This tool will estimate how long it will take the product to leave our vendor’s location. Most of the products in our shop ship UPS Ground, and you’ll receive an email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. Once a package is on its way to you via standard shipping, it will typically arrive within 1 to 5 business days.

As soon as your order is en route, you'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details and an estimated delivery date.


Can I Ship One Order To Multiple Addresses?

Unfortunately no, you'll need to place separate orders for each shipping address.


Can I Get Something Express Shipped?

Our Shop is drop-ship. This means that each of our vendors ships directly from their workshops, warehouses, and studios all over the US and Canada. Because of this, some products are available for express shipping, while others are not.

You can easily check if a product is available for express shipping by clicking the "View Shipping and Delivery Estimates" link on any product's page.

You can also check and change shipping methods—per product, since the items you've ordered may not all be available for express shipping—on the Checkout page in the Delivery section.

If you don't see an express method listed in either area, this unfortunately means the product is not available for express shipping.


Can You Hold My Order Or Delay Its Shipment?

We're unable to hold inventory or delay shipments, but luckily it's easy to check when your order will arrive prior to placing it: Just click the "View Shipping and Delivery Estimates" link on any product's page.
