Stumptown Coffee Flake Salt: Jacobsen teamed up with Portland’s Stumptown Coffee Roasters to infused their pure flake salt with finely ground Stumptown Hairbender Coffee. A touch of cold-brew is added for even more coffee-kick. It's great for topping ice cream, cookies and brownies (the coffee elevates chocolate flavors especially well). One of our favorite combinations is with roasted seasonal vegetables, like acorn squash with brown sugar, butter, and coffee salt.
