All the way from a fifth-generation family-run pastificio in Tuscany, our pasta is made from 100% local, stone-milled Tuscan wheat (so you know it’s the real deal). It’s bronze-extruded and bronze-cut—making for a more porous pasta that’s a pro at sopping up sauce—then slow-dried at a low temperature up to three days for that perfectly tender, al-dente bite. And that’s all before you add your magic touch and finishing shower of cheese over top.

Also known as Pinci, this pasta is slightly thicker than spaghetti and is a favorite in Tuscany—especially in Siena where it’s eaten with hearty and tomato-based garlic sauces.

1.1 lb bag (500 g) measures: 7" W x 11" H x 2.5" D

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, wheat germ.
