Happy hour won't be the same once you unveil this Spanish cheese. We're pretty sure we also won't be able to go back to sliced cheddar ever again. The miniature cheese round is made of raw sheep's milk from Extremadura, Spain. To eat the creamy cheese, you slice the top rind off, and spoon out the gooey interior. It's more liquid-y than something like Brie, and has an incredibly pungent aroma and intense taste.
Upon seeing the unusual way you serve it, Merrill exclaimed, "It's a pot of cheese gold!", and we couldn't put it better. (Each round: 140 grams; 3" x 1.5 " x 3")
