Hi, pie.

When we partnered with Costa Nova to create the dinnerware of our dreams, well, that was just the half of it. We also had pie pans waiting in the wings, and oh, are they good. Just like the dishes they pair up with, they’re made of recycled clay scraps, which is hard to find outside of small ceramics studios. Each has satin-smooth glaze in creamy white or your pick of jewel tones, with a ruffled edge to show off the hand-finished, exposed rim.

Meet the Maker

Costa Nova for Food52

Portugal
Costa Nova was born in a small Portuguese fishing village, and now their pieces are gracing tables all over the world. Each dish is inspired by life, family, friends, and good food—all things we love—plus a mission to create top-quality stoneware. It’s all sustainable, too, made from natural resources found right in Portugal (wow).
