This is Happy Girl Kitchen's special house blend with 15 different organic spices (heavier on the seeds such as corriander, cumin, celery and dill). When it comes to pickles, we prefer ours slightly on the savory side, which is why we love this blend (they go easy on the sweeter spices like cinnamon, cloves and fennel.)
Use it on anything from cucumbers to beets to carrots. When it comes to pickling, our motto is to experiment away, and get creative (we've even pickled our strawberry jam!).
