A Nice Addition to the Kitchen, with Some Quirks

This induction burner heats up really quickly and I have been pretty pleased with it so far. The temperature control seems much more precise than a traditional slow cooker or instant pot, which I like but am not entirely used to yet. I needed a significant amount of additional time on slow cook than what the recipe called for, but would like to try a few more recipes using that feature before really complaining. This burner does make a fair bit of noise, as the fan kicks off and on every 30 seconds-1 minute to stabilize the temperature I assume. The touch screen buttons are also not super sensitive for the settings, but the plus/minus time buttons are far more sensitive for some reason. Its not a deal breaker by any means, but I wish the sensitivity of the different buttons was more consistent. Adjusting the time takes a bit of back and forth to land on what you want. Overall I am pleased with it but I think there’s some areas for improvement. Read Less

Let the cooking begin
