We've got a lot of spices. And a lot of rubs. So at first we thought, do we really need three more? After we tried these, we decided we did. The flavor of each is strong and pronounced -- every cut of meat we put them on is just plain better with these spices. You'll get a trio of:
- Maynard's Memphis BBQ Rub: Sugar, salt, chile powder, paprika, garlic, onion, black pepper, chipotle, cumin, cinnamon, and cocoa powder.
- XXX-Garlic Seasoning & Rub: Garlic (granulated, minced & powdered), sugar, salt, chile powder, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and parsley flakes.
