New Orleans Style Old Fashioned Rouge: Strong and smoky with notes of citrus and honey and bittering agent of orange peel. Shake equal parts mixer and bourbon with lots of ice.
Smoked Whiskey Sour: Strong and bittersweet with licorice and spice and bittering agents of wormwood and gentian root. Aged in Willett Family Reserve rye barrels. Stir one part mixer to 4 parts rye.
