Castillo de Canena is a family company named after a castle nestled in the hills of the township of Canena in Andalusia. They've been producing olive oil since 1780 and have been internationally recognized.
They are the first company to produce this cold infused oak-smoked oil -- they use the finest arbequino olives and a special blend of organic noble wood chippings to infuse the oil with caramelized undertones.
