Here's how Imperial Chorizo stands out: It's not heat-treated, meaning the flavors are preserved. A longer curing time develop deeper flavor, only the best Spanish paprika and pork are used, and it's made using centuries-old Spanish techniques.

This selection of all natural chorizo is dry cured for 6 weeks. It includes a hot version, a mild version and a white version (made with oregano and nutmeg).
