All other crackers have met their match.
These lentil rice crispbread crackers are ethereal in texture, savory and crunchy, and completely addictive. We've been sneaking them all day every day since they first arrived at our offices. You'll get two flavors:
Sesame Seed and Himalayan Pink Salt: The classic gluten free lentil and rice crispbread are sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and Himalayan pink salt.
Rosemary Parmesan: These crisps are infused with fresh rosemary and then topped with aged reggiano parmesan. They're delicious on their own or paired with any sort of dip.

Meet the Maker
East Hampton, NY
Kate Pratt and Michel Mazuret created East Hampton Gourmet Foods in 1996 as an artisanal bakery which supplied baked goods to the east end of Long Island, New York. Shortly thereafter, they boldly ventured into Connecticut and Manhattan plying theirwares to the likes of Hayday Markets, Dean and Deluca and Balduccis. The line was well received and a few months later they were filling orders for several large chains of gourmet stores, catalogs and websites, making the cover of Dean and Deluca again & again. In 2006 they seized a great opportunity to expand their culinary offerings and opened their doors to the public at 66 Newtown Lane, East Hampton, N. Y. Alongside the wholesale operation, the shop offers gourmet prepared salads, soups, sandwiches, entrees, hors d'oeuvres, an entertaining menu and a gourmet market.View Full Profile
