Farm to table.
Westwind Orchard’s products, grown and hand-bottled at a family-run organic farm in upstate New York, are everything you need to refresh your pantry—or put the final touches on brunch.
Choose from one of two exclusive sets created for Food52: a Breakfast Set with honey, maple syrup, and raspberry jam or a Complete Orchard set, which includes honey and raspberry cider vinegars in addition to the breakfast items. The pure vinegars are refreshing enough to drink on their own, the maple syrup (sourced from 100-year-old maple trees) is wood-fired and reduced by hand, and Amanda Hesser called the raspberry jam—made with just three ingredients—among the best she'd ever had.
The co-owner of Westwind sums it up best herself, ""It's a luxury to have something that's truly grown and bottled by hand, with nothing else added to it."
""After interviewing the makers, Laura and Fabio, I've been dying to try the vinegar. Laura says she drinks it plain!"" —Leslie Stephens, Assistant Editor
