A considerable amount of time was poured into these two bottles. The bright tasting sherry vinegar is a result of a traditional Spanish method of blending, in which vinegars aged for five years are intermingled with younger vinegars, aged for a minimum of two years. Use it on its own, or with the accompanying olive oil. Fourteen types of olives, hand picked and pressed with granite stones into this olive oil, give the oil hints of green apple, almond, and burnt orange flavors with a smooth peppery finish. With these on the table, even the simplest crust of bread will never taste bland again.
