Never curse homemade crêpes again.
Heads up! Additional promotions do not apply to this item.
If you’ve ever had a curse of the crêpes—meaning anemic-looking things that are hard to spread, flip, and more-or-less (but, really, less) edible—this pan is your savior. The rough surface means easy to achieve golden browning, while the accompanying spreader and spatula complete the essential crêpe kit. The pan requires no seasoning, and its enamel bottom works on all stovetops. Voilà.

Meet the Maker
It's hard to look at the French company's picturesque cast iron and ceramic wares and not daydream about the *magnifique* things you'll make in them. Staub specializes in enameled cast iron cookware made in Alsace, which makes for superior browning and heat retention (perfect for those hours-long braises). The pieces work hard, but they’re pretty enough to go straight from stovetop/oven to the table. They take on a variety of shapes and colors, but we're partial to the cocottes with a deep blue hue and brass knobs exclusive to our Shop.View Full Profile
