Stainless steel blades with black polymer handles
Paring knife has a 3” blade and 4.5” handle and weighs 2.25 ounces. The santoku has a 5.5” L x 1.5” W blade and 5” handle and weighs 5.9 ounces. The chef’s knife has an 8” long blade and 5.5” L handle and weighs 9 ounces. The bread knife has a 8” L blade and 5” handle and weighs 6.5 ounces. The utility knife has a 5.5" blade and 4.5" handle and weighs 3.2 ounces.

Safe for use in dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended.
