From 54 goats, they make their goat's milk caramel (also called Cajeta) -- they're one of the very first producers of artisanal Cajeta in the United States. It's a small-batch, family-run operation, and every jar is made with care.

Amazing taste..
Ok I admit I'm a sucker for Carmel..these folks have it right..I truly wish it wasnt so expensive . But hey..watch out though they will have you eating it right out the jar..
