Day to day perfection.
Designed with the help of a professional pastry chef, this black walnut spatula was crafted to do it all. The uniquely curved handle comes in handy during heavy-duty stirring, and when you need to reach the sides of the pan (plus, the carved-in ring means you can hang it up when you’re done). The hole in the paddle head lessens resistance while stirring. Use it for stirring, sautéing, mixing, or creaming—and rest assured that this spatula, treated with 4 or 5 cycles of soaking, sun-drying, hand-sanding, and oiling, won’t become rough and grainy with use. Intended for right-handed use.
