DIY Macaron Kit

Dana’s Bakery takes all the stuffiness out of the French macaron by updating it with fun, fresh flavors. Now you can recreate Dana’s ingenious combinations at home with this DIY Macaron Kit (we smell a Sunday afternoon baking project!).
Choose from 1 of 3 flavors (Fruity Cereal, Red Velvet, or Chocolate Molten).
Each kit includes 2 mix packets, 2 piping bags, 1 piping tip, and a recipe for filling, enough to make 20 two-inch macarons Just add a few ingredients from your pantry—and a can-do attitude, of course!
- Molten chocolate: sugar, almond flour, egg whites, cocoa powder, salt (You provide the eggs, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and salt.)
- Fruity cereal: sugar, almond flour, egg whites, fruity cereal (rice, sugar, partially hydrogenated sunflower oil, corn syrup, salt, contains less than 0.5% of natural and artificial flavor, turmeric, oleoresin, yellow #6, red #40, yellow #5, blue #2, BHT), salt. (You provide the eggs, butter, powdered sugar, ground fruity cereal, vanilla extract.)
- Red velvet: sugar, almond flour, egg whites, cocoa powder, salt, F.D.&C. red #40 lake, F.D.C. yellow #5 lake, F.D.&C. yellow #6 lake, F.D.&C. blue #2 lake (You provide the eggs, dark or semi sweet chocolate, heavy cream, light corn syrup, vanilla extract.)

Not included but needed for recipe are a baking sheet, parchment paper, eggs, spatula, and electric mixer.** Contains tree nuts (almonds) and egg whites. Gluten free. Kit has a 1-year shelf life.
