Wake up and smell the coffee.
Coffee with boozy undertones: once we were done swooning over the thought, we sipped cup after cup of the Injerto blend. Cognac and chocolate with champagne grapes, apricot, and orange marmalade meet their balance with a touch of honey.

Details & Materials -
2x 12 ounce bags
Care & Notes -
Please store your coffee in an airtight container in a cool dark place (kind of like your spices). Try to be certain that your container does not have any residual acids from anything that was stored in it previously. Please do not store it in the fridge or freezer. Coffee is porous and will absorb the flavors around it. Using a metal container will impart a metallic taste to your beans, so please avoid those. We suggest that you drink your coffee within two weeks of the roast (ship) date to ensure you will have the best drinking experience possible. We roast to order daily.
Meet the Maker
Duane Sorenson spent years working in cafes, bars, and roasteries before he opened Stumptown Coffee Roasters in Portland in 1999 (the name refers to the city’s historic logging legacy). After years of traveling around the world to develop relationships with coffee producers, Stumptown launched their Direct Trade program, which allows them to source the best coffee in the world while making sustainable and financial improvements in growing communities around the globe. Coffee that tastes good and does good? We'll drink to that.View Full Profile
