Brooklyn Biltong Grass-Fed Beef Jerky (16-ounce Bag)
+ $ shipping surcharge
Quirky jerky from South Africa.
Biltong is the South African equivalent of beef jerky—but no matter if it’s called one or the other, we’re addicted. The big, hearty chunks of jerky are marinated in apple cider vinegar, coriander, and allspice, for a sweet taste with notes of spice. Biltong is the perfect to-go snack for a trail hike or long car trip (or do like us and keep a bag in your “snack drawer” at work). Each batch is made from grass fed beef, and has no added sugars, corn syrups, or artificial preservatives. It’s just pure, bold flavor.
