Come out of your shell.
Virginia Sin gave a modern update to the style of a vintage oyster plate with her signature paper-plate fluting along the edge. Each porcelain plate is handmade, each unique, and each organic in its shape. Nestle your bivalves in the awaiting grooves and then decide—mignonette or cocktail sauce? And don’t forget the squeeze of lemon.
