In Urdu, mazedar translates to "the taste essence of food, its flavor and magic that make it delicious" -- a sentiment we can't help but wish we had a word for in English. This bakery was founded by Umber Ahmad after years of traveling the world and decades working in culinary endeavors, and subsequently discovered by Tom Colicchio. She believes that what you eat changes who you are -- so we're glad we've had a chance to indulge in her goods.
