This party-sized 17” carbon steel paella pan is made in Spain, so you know everything about it is done right. Its wide and shallow shape makes cooking rice in a thin, even layer a cinch, and the high-quality speckled enamel coating makes it super durable and easy to clean—even if you manage to achieve that oh-so-coveted layer of socarrat (the crunchy layer of rice that coats the bottom of the pan). The handles are firmly welded onto the body of the pan, making it simple to transport your feast from grill to table. Use it with both gas and electric stovetops, as well as open fires.
