We love this enameled coated carbon steel pan for its ability to evenly cook anything we throw at it. We love it even more because it’s so darn pretty we can bring it straight from oven to the dinner table. It’s the perfect home for a bubbly gratin, luscious lasagna, or any host of one-pan dinners.
