Product Details

Miyabi Evolution knives are manufactured in Seki, Japan (also known as a destination for samurai sword making!), where the process involves more than 100 steps and takes 42 days. The blades are polished to a reflective shine, and the ice-hardened blades stave off corrosion and stay sharp through many meals' worth of prep. They're made from fine carbide steel, a material that is much denser than pure steel and Titanium, a.k.a. these blades pack serious strength.
