This carbon steel skillet was designed with effortless egg- and pancake-flipping in mind—the shallow walls and long, curved handle make flip-flip-flipping a joy (and is also ideal for crusty-seared meats and crispy-skinned fish). Each pan is forged by hand from start to finish, and comes pre-seasoned with coconut oil to protect against rust. After the first few times you season your pan, you’ll begin to build up a shiny layer of polymers that will create a naturally nonstick surface that even fried eggs will slip right off of. Think of it like your favorite cast iron—but even better.
